Streamlined Program Will Make Community Selling Easier Than Ever

We’re always hard at work making eBay Giving Works better and easier for you. Today we’re happy to announce our biggest upgrade yet!
My MissionFish Seller Account moves to My eBay
On May 14th, the MissionFish seller account will be retired: we’re moving all of our features and functions for sellers into My eBay! Instead of logging into your MissionFish Seller Account, you will be able to click links inside My eBay to:
• Make an eBay Giving Works donation
• Track your complete donation history
• Get your tax receipts
• Manage your payment method and preferences
We’ve been planning this upgrade for nearly a year, and we’ve taken the opportunity to include lots of other great changes like:
• As a Community Seller, you can use the same payment method you use for eBay selling fees to make
your donations - no need to put a credit card on file with MissionFish.
• We’ve streamlined the donation refund process so you can make the request from inside the eBay
Dispute Console — no more separate form to fill out on the MissionFish site.
• We’re also giving our sites new looks and a sharper focus, and more!
MissionFish Seller User Agreement Terminates
As part of this upgrade, our legal agreements with sellers are also changing. The MissionFish Seller User Agreement will terminate on May 14, 2008. To continue using the program after May 14th, all sellers must agree to new eBay Giving Works Terms & Conditions.
Sellers, there’s nothing you need to do right now. You’ll be prompted automatically when you create your next listing after May 14th, or when you log into the new Donation Account inside My eBay for the first time.
Although the MissionFish Seller User Agreement will end, Community Sellers will still be fully responsible for making donations from eBay Giving Works listings posted prior to May 14th.
