My Funds Raised
- My Funds Raised tracks all of the money you’ve raised through eBay Giving Works. Donations appear on this list as soon as they have been paid to MissionFish. Donations that result from charity listings will be viewable here for 60 days after they have been received. Donate Now gifts are always visible here.
- Listings that do not successfully sell will not appear in My Funds Raised.
- My Funds Raised includes the following reports:
- Community Selling (default)
- Direct Selling
- Donate Now
- Community Selling (CS)
Shows the detailed donations you have received from eBay Community Sellers' listings. Donations will appear here once they have been paid to MissionFish. Donations that were refunded, or that have not been made yet, will not appear here. - Direct Selling (DS)
Shows the detailed funds raised from Nonprofit Direct Sellers' listings. Listings will appear here as soon as they sell on eBay. - Donate Now Gifts (DNG)
Shows the detailed donations you have received from the Donate Now tab. Donations will appear here as soon as they are made to MissionFish. - What is included in the My Funds Raised report?
Each My Funds Raised report includes these fields: - Item title: Written by the seller to describe the item. (CS & DS data only)
- Item number: Assigned by eBay automatically. (CS & DS data only)
- Seller user ID: eBay ID for the seller who made the donation. (CS & DS data only)
- % of proceeds: The percentage selected by seller to donate. (CS & DS data only)
- Final value: What the listing sold for on eBay. (CS & DS data only)
- Transaction #: Donate Now transaction number. (DNG data only)
- Donor Name: Name of the Donate Now donor. (DNG data only)
- Amount collected: Gross donation MissionFish collected. (CS & DNG data only)
- Amount distributed: Net amount delivered to your nonprofit. (CS & DNG data only)
- Date distributed: The date the donation was (or will be) delivered to your organization. (CS & DNG data only)
