My Listings
- Gives detailed information on live eBay listings that have been posted to benefit your nonprofit. You can choose to cancel any of these items if necessary.
- Each My Listings report includes these fields:
- Item title
- Item number
- Seller user ID
- % of proceeds – The percentage selected by seller to donate.
- Start price – Starting bid price selected by seller.
- Start time – Time and date the listing went live on eBay.
- Cancel – Click to cancel listings you’d prefer not to be associated with.
- Find A Listing
Supply an eBay item number, eBay seller ID, or keyword into the Find Listing field to find a particular item that has been listed to benefit your nonprofit. 
- My Open Listings
Includes all listings currently live on eBay that benefit your organization. - My Open Listings is the default view of My Listings. Both Community Selling and Nonprofit Direct Selling listings are included in this view. Listings appear here for 60 days after they close on eBay.
- All Cancelled Listings
Shows listings that you have cancelled. Listings appear here for 60 days after they have ended on eBay. - All Cancelled Listings includes these fields:
- Item title
- Item number
- Seller user ID
- % of proceeds – The percentage selected by seller to donate.
- Reason for cancellation – The reason you selected.
- Cancellation status – Either "Cancelled" or "Pending" will show.
- How to cancel a listing
If you review a listing and decide it is inappropriate for your organization, you can have it cancelled by eBay. Here's how: - 1. Sign in to your MissionFish account.
- 2. Click the "My Open Listings" link.
- 3. Click the "Cancel" button to the right of the item you want to cancel.
- 4. On the following page, choose your reason for canceling the item, and click "Continue."
- 5. Your cancellation request will be immediately sent to eBay.
- 6. Your contact information (name and email address) will be shared with both eBay and the seller, along with the reason you chose for the cancellation. You will receive an email from eBay, usually within 24 hours, letting you know when the item has been cancelled.
