My Donors
- My Donors displays all donors who have posted at least one listing, or made at least one Donate Now gift, to benefit your organization. My Donors includes the following reports:
- All Sellers
- Community Sellers
- Direct Sellers
- New Sellers
- Donate Now Donors
- Export to Excel
- Both Community Sellers and Nonprofit Direct Sellers are included, and users appear here whether or not their listings find a buyer. Data in these reports is updated daily at 1 AM EST.
- The following fields appear in My Donors:
- Seller user ID
Click the user ID to see this seller's About Me Page on eBay. - Indicators
Provides additional information about each seller, based on the seller's status at this moment. 
Community Seller 
Direct Seller. If you remove a seller from your Direct Sellers list, will change to a 
New Seller. Someone who has posted their first listing for your organization in the last 30 days. 
Donate Now Donor. Someone who has donated to your organization through PayPal. - Name
Seller's name as it appears on their eBay account. Sellers are not required to use their actual names, so you may see an alias here. Will be blank if they did not share their contact details. - Email
Blank if they did not share contact details. - ZIP code

Total number of donations a seller has made to your nonprofit. - Amount Donated
Total amount a seller has donated to your nonprofit. - Place your cursor on any “Amount Donated” value to see:

Last date seller posted a listing to benefit your nonprofit. All Sellers
- Shows all sellers who have created a charity listing to benefit your nonprofit. This includes Community Selling donations you have received, and Nonprofit Direct Selling listings that you have sold
Community Sellers
- Shows all of the Community Sellers who have donated to you through eBay Giving Works.

Direct Sellers
- Shows all of the activity by Nonprofit Direct Sellers that are linked to your account. “Amount Donated” on this view is the total value of all listings sold by the Nonprofit Direct Seller.
New Sellers
- Shows all sellers who have created their first listing for your organization in the last 30 days. New Community Sellers and new Nonprofit Direct Sellers are included in this view.
Donate Now Donors
- Shows all of the eBay users who have donated to your organization through Donate Now.
Export to Excel
- If you export to Excel from any view in My Donors, a single Excel file is created with these fields:
- eBay seller ID
- Name*
- Email address*
- Street address*
- City*
- State*
- ZIP code*
- Number of listings
- Number of open listings
- Number of sold listings
- Number of unsold listings
- Number of donations
- Total amount donated
- Amount delivered to you
- Amount pending delivery
- Amount seller owes to MissionFish
