Undeliverable donations policy
- If we ever have a problem delivering a donation to a nonprofit, we:
- 1. First, retry the EFT payment.
- 2. If that fails, we contact the nonprofit to verify their correct bank account information.
- 3. If we can't reach them, we'll keep trying over a period of 60 days.
- 4. After our best efforts, if we find that we still can't deliver the donation to the designated nonprofit, we will deliver it to a similar organization.
- Since the seller's donation was made to MissionFish-Points of Light Foundation, there will never be a problem with the seller's tax deduction due to an undeliverable donation.
