- 10,000th Nonprofit Organization Joins eBay Giving Works
- Today, MissionFish and eBay announced a remarkable milestone: the 10,000th nonprofit, Lollipop Theater Network, has registered to participate in eBay Giving Works. The unique fundraising platform enables any eBay seller to their favorite cause.to give a percentage of their final sale proceeds
- To date, over $95 million dollars has been raised for charity with eBay.
- Just a little over three years since eBay Giving Works debuted, nonprofits coast-to-coast are benefiting. “The program’s growth has been truly amazing,” said Sean Milliken, Executive Director of MissionFish. “MissionFish and eBay are proud that so many nonprofits are using eBay Giving Works to create a consistent source of unrestricted revenue.”
- Among the 10,000 registered nonprofits are the American Red Cross, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Global Giving, The Jimmie Johnson Foundation, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Arena Stage, Lutheran Services in America, The Humane Society of the United States, and New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity.

- To celebrate this momentous occasion, the eBay Foundation will give a gift of $2,500 to Lollipop Theater Network.
