- See the new eBay Giving Works
- New look for our sites, an easier program for sellers
- We’ve been telling you about it for weeks, and now it’s here. The improved eBay Giving Works is live! The biggest changes have happened in the seller experience, but there are changes for nonprofits too. Read on to learn about all we have been doing to make the program better for you!

New look, new tools on MissionFish
- The first thing you’ll notice is a fresh, new look for the MissionFish website. After almost five years with the “blue water” design, we were ready for a change. Our new site features cleaner lines and simplified layouts, and we’ve rearranged things to make it easier to get around.
- We've also narrowed our focus: starting today, the MissionFish site is exclusively for nonprofits. Community Sellers can now find everything they need on the redesigned eBay Giving Works site
. - But this is more than just a new coat of paint. We’ve also launched a new feature called Fundraise. Inside you’ll find:
- Information about the different ways your organization can use eBay Giving Works
- Resources to help you get going
- Success stories on organizations that are already getting more from the program
- Come check it out. Let us know what you think. If you have a resource or idea that another organization can use, share it!
Seller accounts inside My eBay
- We’ve retired the MissionFish Seller Account and moved all of our features for sellers into My eBay. Instead of logging into a MissionFish account, now Community Sellers will be able to manage their eBay Giving Works activity directly in My eBay. If you’re a Nonprofit Direct Seller, you’ll now have a single place to manage your eBay Giving Works activity.
- This means that now only nonprofits have MissionFish accounts.
Other improvements for sellers
- Streamlining the registration process for Community Sellers.
- Giving them more options for paying donations.
- Making it easier to get a donation refund.
- Letting eBay sellers around the world make donations to you (not just U.S. sellers).
- The main purpose of this upgrade is to make it easier for eBay sellers to use eBay Giving Works. We think an easier program will mean more donations for nonprofits like yours.
